How can I pay for this service?

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as payment for a bail bond. However, we do also offer the option of a payment plan if the 10% of the bail amount is still too much for you to come up with!

How much interest do you charge on a payment plan?

We here at Sunrise Bail Bonds do not charge any interest on any payment plan.

What counts as a felony?

A felony is any crime that comes with a high degree of seriousness and is punishable with at least one year in prison and may include a fine and some form of probation.

What counts as a misdemeanor?

A misdemeanor is any crime that is considered less serious than a felony and cannot be punished with more than a year in jail and usually is just a fine and some form of probation depending on the crime.

What happens if I miss my court date?

If you happen to miss a court date for any reason, then it is essential that you contact your bail agent as soon as possible. Our agent at Sunrise Bail Bond will provide you with the proper paperwork in order to get a new court date and have your bench warrant removed. This paperwork will come with a small fee in order for us to provide it to you.

How can I get a Bail Bond?

Sunrise Bail Bonds devotes its energy to helping as many people as possible, which is why we try to accept all of the bail bond applications that we receive. So all you have to do is fill out an application over the phone or in person and our agent will handle the rest.

Will I need any Collateral for a Bail Bond?

It is uncertain whether or not you will need collateral until you have explained the situation to the bail agent. However, if you do need some form of collateral, our agent will make sure to let you know and explain how the collateral works in detail so that you know exactly what you need to do.

How long will you hold on to my collateral?

We will hold on to any collateral as long as the case is still active. Once the case has been completed, then our agent will return all of the collateral.
